Celebrate your achievement with family and friends!

Our overseas ceremonies are a great opportunity for you to celebrate your

achievements, network, and discover the professional and social benefits of

being a member of QUT Alumni. Graduation Ceremonies are attended by our

Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor and Faculty Deans.

Registration

You must register your attendance at the ceremony by completing the

Singapore Graduation Ceremony Registration Form by Friday 24th January

2014. Late registrations will not be accepted.

Graduand and Guest Tickets

Tickets cost AUD$65 each and must be pre-purchased at the time of

submitting registration form. Tickets cannot be purchased on the day of the

ceremony.

You must also purchase a ticket for yourself to be allowed entry into the

ceremony and cocktail function. Cultural dietary requirements will be catered

for by the venue.

Children under the age of five are free, however, must be closely supervised

by an adult at all times as a courtesy to other guests and Convention Centre

patrons.

Registration Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your registration and payment

has been processed. Please print this email and bring it with you to your

ceremony. Registration confirmation can take up to two weeks to process.

Regalia Hire

All graduands must wear QUT academic regalia. The regalia rental fee and

refundable security deposit should be paid directly to Raffles Studio Pte Ltd.

Photography & Memorabilia

A professional photography service and graduation memorabilia will be

available on the day of the ceremony.
