Brief Basic Information
Scope:
OMOBUS can be used for automation of personnel activities that are in direct contact with clients and that accept orders/returns of products and/or collect information.
Relevance for the Personnel: Thanks to a small mobile device, the personnel can have all required information all the time: data on client, products, prices, stock remainder, photo etc. Relevance for the Company: Increase in sales (at least because the personnel will have to visit the office less frequently), reduction of operating costs and control of errors associated with creation of documents, speeding up provision of services to client and improvement of quality thereof, and company’s goodwill improvement. Flexibility: Customization of the system in accordance with client’s business processes. No limitations associated with integration with ERP. Considerable scaling capabilities

The system was introduced for the benefit of different scale companies, from small companies with the staff comprising 10 commercial agents and up to sudivisions of large transnational companies.
