A variety of events and activities for seniors will be held across the City of Rockingham for Seniors Week to acknowledge and show appreciation for their valued contribution to the local community.

All activities are free but bookings are essential.

Learn basic chair yoga techniques that you can use at home every day. This fun session is informative, energising, and de-stressing.

Learn how to create beautiful cupcakes for special occasions. Jess will share her secret recipe and techniques to make these delightful treats.

Strength and Tone2pm – 2.45pmAqua Jetty, 87 Warnbro Sound Avenue, Warnbro

A weight training class to music specifically for the over 50s using adjustable bars. This is a group class where you will use the adjustable bars, allowing you to alter the weight to your own capacity. Suitable for all fitness and ability levels.
