Raffle Rules:
Purchase raffle tickets from volunteers at raffle ticket sale tables located in dining room or from our roving ticket sellers.
Place half the ticket in container located near basket that you would like to win. Retain the stub for winner verification.
Raffle tickets will be drawn at 8:45 and posted at 9:00. Please do not remove anything from the tables; an auction volunteer will assist you.
Silent Auction Rules:
Your family bid number for the silent auction is printed on your place card. Each item has a bid sheet that indicates an opening bid. Please bid in whole dollar amounts. Bidding will close at 9:15 or at the discretion of the auction volunteer. Winning bid numbers will be posted, and winning bidders can proceed to the check-out table. Please do not remove anything from the tables; a volunteer will assist you.
Cash and checks (payable to Seaholm Band Boosters) will be accepted.Reservation fees cover the cost of dinner. The band program depends on
your generous donations for this one and only fundraiser.Every effort has been made to describe items/services accurately. All sales
