1. ApplicationScrew conveyors move materials either horizontally, on an inclined or vertically. They areused to feed, distribute, collect or mix and can be equipped to either heat or cool whileperforming this transfer.They are widely used in grain & oil, feed, food, metallurgy, mine, plastic, chemical engineering, building and medicine industries. It is suitable to convey powdery, granulousand nubbly bulk materials etc. The screw conveyors are mainly made of carbon and stainless steels. The special specification will be ordered as requested.

3.PrincipleThe bulk materials are fed into the casing and helix is hold back by the frication resistance acted on the wall of casing during running. The screw flight pushes and makes the materials do axial movement, clockwise and counterclockwise fighting act as mixer. The materials are fed from the bottom hopper and lifted upwards or moved horizontally at a distance space, then are discharged at the proper outlet at the bottom of casing or transport out at theend of chute.
