Common trends:1. There are critical things almost everyone agrees we have to do, but are stalled out.
2. Community-driven d.o initiatives are not getting consistent attention, causing major burnout.
3. D.o’s “bus factor” is bad. Like, *scary* bad.
4. Drupal.org *needs* to be on Drupal 7, and the DA has to lead it.
Saturday, March 24, 2012
So, the plan:Build a team that works
*full-time* on Drupal.org, on:1. Big, scary stuff that only the DA can do
2. High-impact, low-hanging fruit
3. Reviewing/deploying community-driven initiatives

(Drupal 7 upgrade, project ratings)
(Get BlueCheese theme on g.d.o)
(Make api.drupal.org awesome, case studies section)
