CHAPTER 1:

Room Layouts and Room Data Sheet

1Volume II | Chapter I

Introduction

Purpose of Content

The purpose of this document is to provide Prototype Room Layouts and corresponding Room Data Sheets that will assist with the cost estimating portion of the Functional Planning Services for John Peter Smith (JPS) Hospital in Tarrant County. Moving forward these Prototype Room Layouts and Room Data Sheets will help inform the future design for JPS Hospital. This project is being led by Broaddus & Associates, who are the lead planners, estimators, and project managers, in partnership with Blue Cottage Consulting, healthcare facility programming experts.
