1. CALL TO ORDER – Mr. Malinowski called the meeting to order at approximately 4:08 PM

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

a. September 11, 2018 – Mr. N. Jackson moved, seconded by Ms. McBride, to approve the minutes as

distributed. The vote in favor was unanimous.

3. ADOPTION OF AGENDA – Ms. McBride moved, seconded by Mr. N. Jackson, to adopt the agenda as published.

The vote in favor was unanimous.

4. INTERVIEWS/APPOINTMENTS

a. Richland Library Board of Trustees Six (6) Vacancies – Ms. Lee Rambo, Ms. Delaine A. Frierson, Ms. Yvonne George Stocker, Mr. J. Calhoun “Cal” Watson, and Ms. Susie Dibble were interviewed for the Richland Library Board of Trustees. Appointments were held in abeyance until all of the applicants for the board have been interviewed.
