Correction was made to Southwest information to include flow from the Southeast WPCP, which sends its solids to Southwest for digestion.

PWD is assuming that the RFP will be for the collection, pre-processing, and delivery to PWD. PWD will receive the food waste in a receiving station, then mix it with solids before sending it to digestion.
