during times of crisis. This workshop assists participants to develop essential
functions, key personnel, key resources, and other continuity details that any
organization needs to become and remain resilient. Participants are encour-
aged to bring their existing emergency and continuity plans to refine, start a

Understanding Terrorism Full Day
Terrorism is a surprisingly real event here at home. Recently, businesses
have seen an emergence in terrorism effects from recruitment, manipulation
of financials and supply lines, to compromise of cyber systems and infor-

stand the basic fundamentals of terrorism in the U.S. and how to mitigate

Table Top Exercises Full Day
Sometimes it takes an outsider to evaluate an organization’s ability to man-
age incidents, crises, and disasters. We will conduct a table top exercise for
your organization that will bridge together your plans, operations, and
emergency response staff as we evaluate your organization’s resiliency and
help participants be ready for disaster.
