Rules NAYS Referral Rewards Program started on

January 1, 2014. NAYS will not pay Referral Rewards for referrals prior to January 1, 2014.

Referrer may be an organization or an individual. *We encourage those affiliated with youth sports organizations to sign up as an organization so your programs can benefit from Referral Rewards. Use NAYS Referral Rewards as a fundraising opportunity!

Rules (cont’d) Referrers apply for the Referral Rewards

Program by completing the form below. Each Referrer is assigned a unique

Referral Name. Referrers promote National Alliance for

Youth Sports through their website, social media, or by emailing information to youth sports leaders they know.

Rules (cont’d) Referral Name must be indicated at the

time a new organization applies to be a NAYS Chapter. Referral Name should be noted on the Chapter Application in the “How did you hear about NAYS?” field.

Each new Chapter may only have one Referrer.

Rules (cont’d) Referrer earns 10% of fees generated

by a new Chapter for an entire year! Membership fees can be from any and

all NAYS training and membership programs – CYSA, NYSCA, NYSAA, PAYS, and/or NYSOA. The year begins on the date the new Chapter has its first member join a NAYS program.

Rules (cont’d) Referral Rewards payments are distributed

monthly. Referrer must accrue $5 in Referral Rewards to receive payment. If $5 is not accrued in any given month, payment will be deferred to the following month until $5 minimum is met.

Referrers have three options for receiving Referral Rewards payments; (1) Personal or Business PayPal account, (2) NAYS Chapter account credit, or (3) check.

Support Referrers will be given sample messages

to use for promotional purposes. Referrers may use text, links, and

buttons from www.nays.org/link-to-us for additional ideas.

Sign Up! NAYS is now accepting applications for

the Referral Rewards program! To indicate your interest, simply

complete the application below. We will be in touch by email within 1-2

business days to provide your unique Referral Name and tips for promoting National Alliance for Youth Sports.
