Camera configuration

         

The camera,mobile phone and 2.4G WIFI router within 2M by the first connecting.

Insert the TF card before turn on the power. And unplug the TF card after turn off the power.open it,

* Add My Device(AP mode) : this function for 5G wifi router. If your wifi router is 5G, you could use this function. You could press the reset button three times, and then set this add my device(AP mode) one by one.

Add Shared Device :

Scan or Enter into serial No.: (camera ID number)

* Add device in the same WLAN : If you use

the same WIFI router, you could view all of devices in this WIFI router. We tested 4-5 devices connecting at the same time.

* AP mode : you press one time in reset port by our tool

◆Device Upgrade: Click to update device (APP and device firmware will have new update irregularly,you could upgrade it online at app setting) ◆Restore factory settings: two way for restore. (1) When using in the new network environment, (2) please long press the reset button(using our tool, (3) see the photo)for 6-8 seconds release the button, (4) it means that restored to factory setting successfully. Then you can start to connect network configuration again. (5) click the Restore factory settings , press 4s,you will listen,and then wait for 1-2 minutes for resetting the camera. Or it can restore directly.

FAQ Q: TF Card? A: You need to use good quality C10 TF Card as the below one. Our device support MAX 128GB Photos; Our camera can support 128Gb TF card, we tested it. see some photos.

Q: The camera be offline,always buffering, and we can’t connect with WIFI router, how to do? A:Check the power and WIFI router Restart the camera Reconfigure the camera Check the home broadband network Restore the factory setting for the camera. Q: how to switch network environment? A: When using in the new network environment,please long press the reset button(using our tool,see the photo)for 4 seconds release the button, it means that restored to factory setting successfully. Then you can start to connect network configuration again. (7) Notice
