DEPARTMENT BY UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT
The objective of this questioner is to find out the data and information on satisfaction level of
services offers by Silviculture Study Programme to students, and alumni for improving the
quality services and for continuous improvement in Department of Sylviculture.
The services offers to student are related to academic and non academic services. Student
service is part of maintaining and improving the accreditation predicate of “A BAN PT” that
was obtained in 2007.
