WBR CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY:
You may substitute delegates at any time. WBR does not provide refunds for cancellations. Anycancellations received in writing not less than eight (8) days prior to the conference, you will receivea 90% credit to be used at another WBR conference which must occur within one year from thedate of issuance of such credit. An administration fee of 10% of the contract fee will be retained byWBR for all permitted cancellations. No credit will be issued for any cancellations occurring withinseven (7) days (inclusive) of the conference. In the event that WBR cancels an event, delegatepayments at the date of cancellation will be credited to a future WBR event. This credit will beavailable for up to one year from the date of issuance. In the event that WBR postpones an event,delegate payments at the postponement date will be credited towards the rescheduled date. If thedelegate is unable to attend the rescheduled event, the delegate will receive a 100% creditrepresenting payments made towards a future WBR event. This credit will be available for up to oneyear from the date of issuance. No refunds will be available for cancellations or postponements.WBR is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, cancellation,or postponement of an event. WBR shall assume no liability whatsoever if this event is altered,rescheduled, postponed or cancelled due to a fortuitous event, unforeseen occurrence or any otherevent that renders performance of this conference inadvisable, illegal, impracticable or impossible.For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but shall not be limited to: an Act ofGod; governmental restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war; terrorism orapparent act of terrorism; disaster; civil disorder, disturbance, and/or riots; curtailment, suspension,and/or restriction on transportation facilities/means of transportation; or any other emergency.
