THE BASICS You can print a blank copy of an SRS or ORS document to hand to a client to complete on paper. After the client has completed the assessment, you can create a new, electronic copy of the document and fill out the answers as indicated in the client’s original response. Note: The Young Child Outcome Rating Scale (YCORS) cannot be completed electronically and must be printed.

STEP 1 In a Service File Event, expand the Outcomes Assessments sidebar.

STEP 2 Click the Print Blank Document option.

STEP 4 Select an ORS or SRS document.

STEP 5 Complete one of the following options to print a copy of the document: a)  If you are using a PC, on your

keyboard, press CTRL + P. Follow any additional instructions on your computer.

b)  If you are using a Mac, on your keyboard, press Command + P. Follow any additional instructions on your computer.
