 City  of  Pacifica  Planning  Department  to  offer  Online  Building  Permit  

Applications  for  Small  Projects    Pacifica,  CA:      Starting  Wednesday,  November  12,  2014,  the  Pacifica  Planning  Department  will  be  offering  online  building  permit  applications  for  small  building  projects.    The  public  will  be  able  to  access  the  website,  http://greenvue.csgengr.com/pacifica2/public/  and  apply  for:  

• Water  heater  replacements  • Furnace  replacements  • Re-­‐roofs  • Kitchen  remodels  (uploading  plans  required)  • Residential  seismic  upgrades  (uploading  plans  required)  • Bathroom  remodels  (uploading  plans  required)  • Photovoltaic  solar  systems  (uploading  plans  required)  • Residential  plumbing  repair/re-­‐pipe  house  • Window  replacements  

 Payments  will  still  need  to  be  made  in  person.      Online  payment  capabilities  are  coming  soon.        Allowing  the  public  and  contractors  to  apply  for  these  permits  online,  at  their  leisure,  should  prove  to  be  a  helpful  service  to  the  community.
