with maintaining a public image for

businesses

It is the practice of managing communication

between an organization and its publics.

There are a number of public relations

disciplines falling under the banner of

corporate communication

It encompasses social media and other

channels for communication.

It is an activity set of institution, processes for creating, communicating, delivering, and exchanging offerings that have value for customers, clients, partners, and society at large.

Marketing is a product or service selling related overall activities

It included advertising, distribution and selling.

The overall process starts with marketing research and goes through market segmentation.

Ethics are a collection of principles of

right conduct that shape the decisions

people or organizations

The purpose of marketing is to create a

competitive advantage.

wide range of federal and state

regulations designed to either protect

consumer rights or to stimulate trade.
