Assisted living for the elderly and disabled.

1200 Langhorne Newtown Rd, Langhorne, PA

Located across 413 from Saint Mary’s Hospital in Bucks County.

We are also adjacent to Core Creek Park and border historic Newtown ,Pennsylvania.

We respect our environment and use of energy… sustainable design strategies will include

minimal use of resources, local materials, sun-modeling, wind power, and rainwater

collection.

Langhorne, Pennsylvania is a area with four distinct seasons: colorful and temperate springs

an d falls, cold humid winters, and hot humid summers. Rain, snow, storms, and all sorts of

precipitation are common throughout the year. Trees and vegetation grow well. Animals of

much diversity come about. Our facility needs to handle heavy humidity, precipitation, and

winds. It needs to be well insulated, heated and cooled, during the winter and summer.

Langhorne has been named “The City of Trees”.

Langhorne, Pennsylvania is a historic location and is near to Washington’s Crossing, the city

of Philadelphia, and other historically significant cities.
