In this Industrial electronics we introduce about the components like SCR,TRIAC,Diode,capacitor,LDR,transistor etc.

Types of electronics

Analog electronics:The “analog” describes the proportional relationship between a signal and voltage or current tht represent signal.

Digital Electronics:- The digital electronics means the the device which works on binary numbers 0 and 1 to represent information.

Soldering

Soldering is the process is the process in which two metal items are joined together by filler metal.

Soldering filler materials are available in

many different alloys for differing

applications.

Common solder alloys are mixtures of tin and lead, respectively:

• 63/37: melts at 183 °C (361 °F) (eutectic: the only mixture that melts at a point, instead of over a range)

• 60/40: melts between 183–190 °C (361–374 °F)

• 50/50: melts between 185–215 °C (365–419 °F)

Desoldering

·Desoldering means removing the soldering from joints

·We use desoldring pump to remove soldering

Printed Circuit Board(PCB)

A printed circuit board (PCB) mechanically supports and electrically connects electronic components using conductive tracks, pads and other features etched from copper sheets laminated onto a non-conductive substrate.

Robotics is the branch that deals with the design,construction,operation & application of Robot. Robot is An automatic device that performs functions normally ascribed to humans or a machine in the form of a human.

SENSORSA sensor is a device that measures a physical quantity and converts it into a signal, which can be read by an observer or by an instrument.

CAT 5 (CATEGORY 5)

CAT 5 (CATEGORY 5) is used in structured cabling for computer networks such as Ethernet. It is also used to carry other signals such as telephony and video.

VGA Connector (Video Graphics Array)

A Video Graphics Array (VGA) connector is a three-row 15-pin DE-15connector.

The 15-pin VGA connector is found on many video cards, computer,monitors, and some high definition television sets.

BNC Connector

BNC Connector is used with radio, television, and other radio-frequency electronic equipment, test intstruments. video signals, and was once a popular computer network connector.

HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface

High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) is a compact audio/video interface for transmitting uncompressed digital data.

DVI (Digital Visual Interface)

The Digital Visual Interface (DVI) is a video interface standard covering the transmission of video between a source device (such as a personal computer) and a display device.

Integrated CircuitAn integrated circuit(IC) is a set of electronic circuits on one small chip of semiconductor normally silicon.

We design the circuit & PCB layout on PROTIUS software.my project is “Automatic traffic control”.
