Canadian Citizen = You were born in Canada.

Permanent Resident = Not Canadian citizens, but citizens of other countries. If you are a permanent resident, you are working towards a Canadian citizenship.

Visa Student = Citizen of a country other than Canada visiting Canada to study.

Once you select OK, you will have to go to your email to verify your email address. Once you have done this, you will be able to proceed with your application.

This section of the application asks you to specify your education information.

Please ensure that you complete this section as accurately as possible.

You are able to list as many degrees/diplomas/certificates as you have.

This page will ask you to specify your proficiency in the English language. If it is not your native language, you will have to provide ELP test scores. You must also provide your GMAT/GRE scores.

• Please note that if English is not your first language, but you have completed the entirety of your latest degree in English, you will be exempted from the ELP requirement. If so, you will be required to provide proof that English was the language of instruction for your degree.

• Students who have only taken one course taught in English from a non-English speaking school will not be exempted from the ELP requirement.

Please note that you must release your TOEFL/GMAT/GRE scores to McMaster University in order for our office to verify your test scores.

You will be required to provide your references on this section of the application.

Our program requires that applicants provide two references. At least one of the references has to be academic.

Please make sure that you get in touch with your referees before completing this section of the application so that they are aware that they will be contacted by McMaster University.

In this section, simply tell us how you learned about our program, read over the “Collection of Personal Information” statement, and accept the terms by checking the box at the bottom of the page.

To complete your application, please enter your payment information so that you can pay the $110 application fee. Once you have done so, you will be able to submit your application.
