A Proclamation to Re-amend the Addis Ababa City Government Executive and Municipality Service Organs Re-establishment Proclamation No. 15/2009 Proclamation No. ----/2012 A Proclamation to Re-amend the Addis Ababa City Government Executive and Municipality Service Organs Re-establishment Proclamation No 15/2009 (Draft) Whereas, it is stated in the national Ghrowth and Transformation Plan that the economy would change to industrial led at the end of the plan period; Whereas, the urban development and construction sector plays an important role for the transition from agricultural-led to industrial-led economy and urban development policy has been issued to that effect; Whereas, it is found necessary to revise the structure of executive and municipality service organs of the City Government in a mmanner feasible to implement the national urban development and construction policy; Now, therefore, in accordance with Article 14(1)(a) of the Addis Ababa City Government Revised Charter Proclamation No 361/2003 it is hereby proclaimed as follows: -
