Depending on whether or not a noun is plural or singular and possibly HOW it ends, will determine how the apostrophe is used.

having).

Can you remember the rule for singular possession??

• Add an apostrophe and an s to a singular noun to make it possessive.

WHAT IF MULTIPLE BOYS HAD QUESTIONS??

Do You Remember the RULES for Plural Possession?? If a plural noun ENDS in “S”, just add an

apostrophe.

If a plural noun does not end in “s”, add a apostrophe and an “s”.

Can you find the noun in each sentence that should be possessive? Write it correctly in your notebook (“Poss.Practice”).
