Two inline plastic tray washers are available. The400 CPH inline washer for high capacity egg graderand egg breaker/separator installations. The unit is fedplastic trays directly from the loader, where they arewashed sanitized and stacked on edge automatically.

A 200 CPH inline tray washer is also available. It isintegrated into the Diamond 200d e s t a c k e r-loader for 6 rows ofeggs traveling through washers,egg graders and eggb reaker/separators. Both the highcapacity 400 and 200 tray washerhandle the Diamond Deep Pockettrays and other popular brands.

O ffline plastic tray washer/d ry e r s f rom Diamond wash andd ry egg trays in one operation.The washer time is pre-set by theoperator along with the automaticspin drying cycle to maximize t h ecleaning and d rying operation.

The Diamond tray washe r / d ryer cleans appro x i m a t e l y2000 trays per hour.

Diamond also offers a stainless spin dryer forthe two inline tray washer models. After unloadingthe stackers, the operator loads trays into the spinsystem where they are dried centrifically.

“Deep Pocket” Plastic TraysThis plastic 30 egg tray has been designed by

Diamond for the maximum protection of all egg

sizes. Standard trays do not adequately protect

poor quality eggs and those over 75 grams.

When trays are stacked 6 tiers high the larger

eggs support the trays above. The Diamond

Deep Pocket tray supports the tray above and

takes the weight off the eggs. This new tray

p rovides much more space for the air cell endof the large eggs, protecting them from tray

p re s s u re in the stack. This maximizes the

p rotection of second quality product being

t r a n s p o rted f rom the packing station to the

egg breaking operation. It is the only tray

designed by an egg machine manufacturer.
