art students NOT U.S. Citizens managed to get temporary construction ID for the entire WTC complex.
While there,they removed a window and extended a wooden balcony while their "sponsor" was in the
Millenium Hotel taking photos, he also hired a helicopter to document the event.
And only a retired flight attendant sees something fishy?
