Thedrug:commonhouseholdhoney. U.S. v. 250 Jars, etc., of U.S. Fancy Pure Honey,218F.Supp.208(D.Mich.1963).

Thegovernmentarguedthatthenearbyliterature(newspaperleafletsandthebookletAbout Honey)indicatedthatthissubstancewasactuallyintendedtobeusedasadrug.Inaddition,thenewspaperleafletsandbrochuresservedas“labeling.”
