Delivering WOW is a marketing & practice growth coaching business servingdentists and their teams. Before engaging Chelsea, they had 3 main activefunnels consistently bringing in leads and revenue for the business. Amber Valdez LLC is a coaching business supporting men and women into finding their life’spurpose and living it boldly and unapologetically. The business’ CEO, Amber Valdez, shared withChelsea that she was building her business blind -- she had very limited SOPs and systems uponwhich to build and manage the day-to-day operation of the business; there were no KPIs tomeasure growth; no matter how often she launched, revenue was capped at 25,000; she was alsospending all of her time, effort and energy, planning those launches. As the single manager for herbusiness there were days during her launches when she was unable to leave home for up to 3weeks because she was managing all the moving pieces of her launch.
