CHRIST THE KING SEMINARY: Going forth to
serve. As the center of faith formation for our diocese,
Christ the King Seminary helps students of all ages and
backgrounds grow faithfully in Christ in order to serve God
in our community as seminarians, priests, deacons, lay min-
isters, volunteers, and more. Close to 700 alumni are cur-
rently ministering in our parishes and communities. Close
to 80 students, including 30 seminarians and 24 candidates
for the diaconate, are preparing to join them.
The annual appeal for Christ the King Seminary will take
place at our church in two weeks. Please show your sup-
port for the students preparing for ministry at Christ
the King by praying for them and by giving generously
to the annual appeal. Your prayers and your gift to Christ
the King help to ensure we have well-educated, profession-
al ministry leaders. For more information about our semi-
nary’s students, alumni, or programs, or to give online, go
to cks.edu.
