What an amazing year thanks to the persons served, staff, board of directors and community members! Looking back, it was incredible to witness the progress of each individual served and continue to assist with supporting those needing our services in the community. Bona Vista successfully served over 1,000 individuals daily, and that is due to the remarkable staff! I am excited for 2019 so that we can grow and mentor staff, expand collaborations with local agencies to support our community needs, and continue to provide quality services to all individuals!
From Bona Vista’s CEO, Brianne Boles
What do we do? Bona Vista is committed to improving the quality of life for the children and adults enrolled in our services. We help to build a foundation for these individuals so that they can live their lives successfully in our community.
60years of

Community Employment WorkForce Diversity is a program designed to help those with disabilities find and maintain community employment.
The Howard County Commissioners funded an internship program to provide job skills training and internships to clients at local businesses.
We offer Pre-Employment Training Services (Pre-ETS) that help with job talent discovery, work-based learning experience and workplace readiness training for high school students ages 14 to 22.
We want to introduce you to Larry. He receives the highest quality of care at Bona Vista’s Community Connections Program.
Larry spends his days at Community Connections learning to write his name and being cared for by loving, compassionate and trained professionals. In addition to writing, one of Larry’s other goals is to go out into our lovely community to meet and talk with people. He also loves to cook, paint and do puzzles with his peers and staff, who better know him as “Lar-Bear.” Because of this program. Larry has the opportunity to venture out into the community, learn new skills and interact with people he loves so dearly. We are lucky to know and love Larry.
You can support Larry and his friends in the Community Connections Programs by donating at bonavista.org
