Sanskrit• Sanskrit – we think as

dead language, but most of the traditional scientific information is in Sanskrit.

• I strongly feel Sanskrit as a key subject in Ayurveda – and Ayurvedic scientific Sanskrit should be separated and taught to the students.

Ayurveda Itihasa• To know the history

is necessary• In spite of many

oppositions also this subject continues in Ayurveda curriculum, which is not at all useful in any manner to become a successful Ayurveda practitioner

Astanga Hridayam• A melodies rhythmic

Ayurvedic traditional treatise is Astanga Hridayam

• Rather than teaching it as a separate subject – combined with Sanskrit and Itihasa (History) – makes sense and easy to students

• But it is at present mandatory to students, whether they understand it or not

Padartha Vijanan• Many of the Ayurvedic community does not

understand this subject at all. They feel it as unnecessary subject in Ayurveda curriculum.

• Padartha Vijnana is a concomitant Quantum Physics, Micro Chemistry, etc. Physical sciences

• A lifeless to life conversion and vice versa is discussed here.

Rachana Sareera

• Shareera is a subject tells about the body

• Rachana is a tissue, Organ structural descriptive – tells about the body structure i.e. Anatomy

Shareera is body• Body functions are – Kriya• Vata, Pitta and Kapha along

with body tissues formation and functions are studied here

• The proper understanding makes us to know the pathology well and treat the patient successful

Roga Vijnana & Vikriti Vijnana

• Vikriti Vijanan is Pathology and the Roga Vijnana is disease diagnostics

• It is very much necessary to learn in the background knowledge of Sanskrit, Padartha Vijanana, Rachana Shareera and Kriya Shareera
