What is a clinical neuropsychologist?
– Psychologist with special expertise in brain-behaviour relationships
– provide assessment, diagnosis, and rehabilitation for patients
– Patients may have neurological, medical, neurodevelopmental, and psychiatric conditions

–Courses & training opportunities to students planning:
• to seek registration with the College of Psychologists
• to provide neuropsychological services

How does clinical neuropsychology training work? –Take all of the core courses in the clinical or clinical developmental areas –Take courses in clinical neuropsychology –No additional courses need to be taken although that is possible –Complete practicum and internship training at sites providing neuropsychological services
