Admission to Post Secondary Institutions

• Very few polytechnic courses require pure science subjects.

• At JC level, a contrasting subject must be offered, hence, students are not allowed to offer triple science combination at A Levels.

• Admission to Medicine/Dentistry in the University requires only Chemistry and one other Science (Physics/Biology).

• Third Science subject will be offered outside of curriculum hours. This will require discipline, commitment and good time management from the students (Students may need to forego other interests to take the 8th subject.)
