❖Be sure to fill out all the information and any additional information that you might find useful toward reaching the ultimate objective of the campaign
❖The more information the better
❖Once submitted the representative will receive a confirmation email
❖Within one business day you will receive a media plan
❖ The media plan is the document that reflects final cost and strategies
for the campaign to the client.
❖ Displays creative assets required by the campaign.
❖ Shows expected dates of the campaign running
❖ It is a working document where the client or the station representative
is able to make appropriate changes.

What to do after the sale?
The Onboarding Process
1
Orbit sends out the IO
Orbit Agent will send an unsigned insertion order and a onboarding email to station representative.

Signed and Returned
The station will have the IO* signed and returned to the Orbit account manager with all requested assets*.
*Never send IO to client*Station is responsible for follow up on assets

Follow Up
Prior to launch the Orbit agent will review with you anything that is potentially missing by email.

Launch
If everything is in order the campaign will be launched and the reporting login information will be provided.

Post Launch
Orbit account manager will then schedule a call to review dashboard and campaign with client and rep.

Expectations
• Display: 2 business days after receipt of all assets
• SEM: 1 business day after approval of text ads generated
by Orbit
• SEO: 5 business days after we receive proper access to
website backend
• Reputation Management: 1 business day after contact
information and location address is provided
• Facebook: 1 business day after being granted advertiser
access to client’s Facebook page
Insertion Order• The Insertion Order is the
document Orbit utilizes to reflect
the order between the station and
Orbit Interactive
• Within the comments it will reflect
the strategies and any details that
pertain to the campaign
• It is to be signed by the station
manager
• Without the signed IO, Orbit
Interactive will not be able to launch
the campaign

Request
Once the media plan looks amicable between the station and the client, the station representative will request an IO by returning the media plan labeled ‘FINAL’

Receive
Within one business day of the request, the station will receive the requested Insertion Order

Review
Take the Insertion Order and review internally to ensure accuracy. Make any revisions that are necessary

Return
Return the signed Insertion Order with creative assets and any back end access to launch the campaign.
