Continue 2014 -2015 WPR rate of 44.8% into FY16 of families Participating in work

activities.

Continue Employment Placements @ 40 to 120 per year !

Will Operate four sectors: Eligibility, Employment/Training/Education, Compliance,

and Public Transit ! TAS Goes live April 1, 2016!

Currently, Serving 10,467 Tribal members in our 312 caseload as per our July 2015

Report under our DHHS TANF Grant including Kinship Cases!

22,891 Riders per year and have traveled 167,477 revenue miles per year with a

Fleet of 23 transport vehicles under our FTA Tribal Transit Programs Grant !

Public Transit Substation opens November 1, 2015, for 75% of Drivers & Buses to be

parked @ Cutter Airport for easier access. Safety First!

FY16 Goals

Completed our Renovation of our front office to add eligibility determination’s population with (2)

Security Officers hired for Day and Night Surveillance, On-site Investigator (OSI) position will

advertise by Monday, October 26, 2015.

Currently advertising our Workforce Facilitator to increase our Compliance with GOALS 3 & 4 of

TANF.

Completed hiring of (2) TAS Counselors-Passed our Tribal Automated System (TAS) with High

Scores! Currently hiring three more Counselors!

Receive our 33 –Passenger bus November 2015 & FY17 (3) Coach Buses from ADOT on order will

arrive!

Completed one Public Transit Bus Run from San Carlos/Bylas/Safford/Globe to Hon dah

September 5, 2015. By April 1, 2017, will connect with Fort Apache Connections Transit, @ Salt

River. FTA Tribal Transit Program (TTP) Grant Active for $25,000 Planning with Fort Apache

Connections (FACT) Public Transit.

TAS Goes live April 1, 2016-meaning independent from DES for Eligibility Determinations for Cash

Assistance (CA). Our People will no longer have to travel to Safford & Globe for CA.

Serving our Apache Elders Populations!

Serving our TANF Youth Populations!

Providing TANF Services for Cash Assistance in Eligibility, Employment, Education, and Transportation Services for the People!

Communication Services in the Development of our TAS into our Community!

Partnerships with Cobre Valley Transit (CVT), Fort Apache Connections Transit (FACT), Showlow Transit, ADOT, DES, Eaglesun, Inc, AZTA Board Member, TAC, DOT, FTA TTP, BIA, Tribal Social Services, Planning, Wellness, all Tribal Departments, Globe, Safford, SEAGO, CAG, IHS, Police Department, Tribal Transportation Committees, SCAT-WMAT-ADOT Partnerhip Meetings, Health & Welfare Committees, EAC, SC Campus, SCTI, Gila Pueblo College, and Six TANF Tribes with DES Group, and many more!
