The first thing I do when beginning any creative project is make a list of

keywords that describe the different parameters in which I’d like to keep

the design. Here are the keywords that I use for myself:

Aside from being a mother, being a graphic designer is the single-most

rewarding experience I have ever had. It’s all in the details, from the

technical elements to the emotional tone of an image. The greatest

satisfaction I have ever known in my work is having that client see a

finished piece and say, “Exactly!”.

Being a graphic designer is a calling. Having the raw talent and creativity

is God-given, but being educated in various aspects in imperative as well.

I spend nearly all my free time thinking about design, devouring articles,

blogs, magazines; studying the work, thoughts and opinions of other

designers in effort to bring a fresh, informed approach to a client’s needs.

My life is design, I love it and I surround myself in it every day.
