Penguin Island
Our students took a social trip to Penguin Island! We were lucky enough to get to see the penguin feeding, go snorkelling and even see a wild Sea Lion!
All students who wish to apply for Security officer/Crowd Controller Licences must complete a Competency Test (written examination) at the end of the CPP20212 Certificate II in Security Operations course by SAIWA (Security Agents Institute of WA).
*Classes are rostered from Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm

Carers Plus provides both temporary and permanent health care staff to Residential Care facilities (Aged Care Facilities). Carers Plus has successfully employed some of our Individual Support students, and they are now recruiting for the following positions:
• Qualified Chefs• Cooks• Kitchen Hands• Domestic Cleaners
Please note that for the above jobs via Carers Plus, you are placed in a Residential Care / Aged Care facility on casual employment and the job could involve ad-hoc (last minute) assignments.
In order to qualify you will need to meet the following requirements:
• National Police Clearance• Own transportation/ car (due to nature of the role)• Good understanding of English / able to follow clear instructions• Two references required (professional and/or character)

Come and celebrate the Year of the Dog! This multicultural extravaganza includes a parade, stalls, cultural activities, lion and dragon dancing, multicultural concert, games and rides. Cultural performances will dazzle throughout the day on James and Lake Streets and in Chinatown on Roe Street.
