Guart Start: Lieguarding TomorrowLearn what it takes to be a great lieguard- rom liesaving and leadershipskills, to tness and proessional development. The experience you gainthrough the GuardStart program will help you prepare or Red Cross lie-guard training.
Prerequisites: swim ront crawl 25 yards continuously while breathing to theside or ront, tread water or 1 minute using arms and legs, submerge and
swim 10 eet underwater. (or ages 11 - 14 yrs)
