Feedback, from Trusts, of triage outcomes will initially be sent to practices via e-RS.

Subsequently, the Trust clinican will dictate an outcome letter, which will be e-mailed to the patient

and the practice.

Searching the practice worklist to check the outcomes of referrals can be done in two ways

1. Through the ‘Awaiting Booking/Acceptance’ worklist

• Referrals can be located in this worklist, whilst they are waiting to be triaged by the trust

2. Through the ‘Referrer Action Required’ worklist

• Referrals will move to this worklist, once they have been triaged and either:

• Rejected or

• Returned to primary care with a management plan

3

Awaiting Booking/Acceptance

1) Navigate to your worklist on e-RS and then select the Awaiting Booking/Acceptance

worklist type

4

2) Click on ‘Referral Status’ to sort cases

3) Teledermatology referrals will grouped together under the ‘Awaiting Triage’ status

4) Alternatively:

• Click the column header ‘Appointment’ twice to bring UBRNs ‘Awaiting Triage’ to the top of the list.

5

Referrer Action Required

1) Navigate to your worklist on e-RS and then select the Awaiting Booking/Acceptance

worklist type

6
