- in 2007 moved to Birmingham with lecturer appointment Joined experiment at Large Hadron Collider at CERN
- in 2011 got ERC Grant to start a new experiment NA62Promotion to Reader
- in 2014 NA62 started taking data and works well - now established in UKAlso joined another LHC experiment on CPV
- in 2015 Promotion to Professor
SAV:Small Angle Photon

Vacuum: p<10–5 mbar
- From 2009 serious involvement in Public Communicationof Science - part of my promotion cases
Not everything is ideal… My husband moved here with me with a research job but funding finished so he movedback to Cambridge to his previous research job.But it still works well, despite the difficult logistics.
- I decided to study Physics when I was a teenager and had no real sense for it- But I really liked it !!
On reflection, best time was as a Post-Doc, despite the job uncertaintyFree to explore the research panorama and the world
