1.0 Entering MY CIMA Go to the CIMA landing page www.cimaglobal.com Click on the <MY CIMA> button on the top right hand side of the screen.

1.1 Sign in You will then see the drop down sign-in page. Enter your Contact ID and Password if you have one and click the <Submit> button. If you are a first time user, you will need to create a new online account by clicking on the <Don’t have an account> link.

1.2 Creating a new online account From 1.1 click on the <Create your own My CIMA sign in> link.

After signing in you will reach the MY CIMA homepage.

2.0 Updating details From the My CIMA homepage click on <My personal and employment details> 2.1 Updating address From 2.0 click the <Change> button next to the <My address details> heading.

Enter your address then click on <Save>.

2.2 Updating personal details Follow steps for 2.0 but click the <Change> button next to the <My personal details>.

2.3 Updating employment details Follow steps for 2.0 but click the <Change> button next to the <My employment details>.

2.4 Changing password From the MY CIMA homepage click on <My Password>. You will be asked for your contact ID and password again.

3.0 My financials From the My CIMA homepage click on <My financials>. In this section you can review and amend credit and direct debit card details, view your fee history, settle your account and make a donation to the Benevolent Fund. 3.1 Print out your financial statement From the MY CIMA homepage click on <My statement > under <My financials>

Click on <Print this page>

3.2 View your payment history Click on <My fee history > under <My financials>

3.3 Setting up a credit card for online payment Click on <My debit and credit card> under <My financials> Click on the <New> button next to the <My credit and debit cards> heading.

Add new details of your credit card and then click the <Save> button.

3.4 Paying subscription fees on-line Click on <Settle my account> under <My financials> heading

Update your personal details then check the box and click <confirm>

Type in the payment amount in the <Payment amount (in sterling)> box. Click the <Pay now> button.

Select the credit card to pay the amount or set up a new card.

4.0 For students 4.1 Reviewing results From the My CIMA homepage click on <My exam results and history - Professional Qualification> or <My exam results and history - Certificate BA Qualification>. Then you will be asked to enter your contact ID and password again.

Select the syllabus

The results of the examinations will appear.

4.2 Entering an exam From the MY CIMA homepage scroll down to the <My exams> heading. Click on <Enter an exam> You will be asked to confirm your personal details. Click the <Search> button. Select <Hong Kong> in the <Country> box for all available options in Hong Kong.
