Mozez Singh is a film maker & a designer.

He is a writer, producer, and director in the Indian TV & Film Industry. Mozez has written, produced and directed fiction, non-fiction, reality, fashion, music, cur-rent affairs and talk shows for the following TV channels.

Star Plus, Star One, Sony, Zee TV, FTV, MTV, Channel V, AajTak, Headlines Today. He has produced and directed numerous TV Commercials. Some of the brands he has directed Ad films for are, Budweiser, World Gold Council, Elle Magazine, Tata Tea, Breast Cancer Aware-ness.

He has produced and directed music videos for Sony Music, Universal Music.

Mozez has directed a film on one of the biggest electronica music festivals in the world, The Sunburn Music Festival, for Viacom-Phantom-Percept-Anurag Kashyap Films. This film will be theatrically released later this year.

He also co produced a feature film, Peddlers with Anurag Kashyap & Guneet Monga. Peddlers has been selected for the official competition in the Cannes Film Festival, 2012.

He has written and produced a feature film, White Noise, which traveled to many international film festivals, Karachi, Florence, Chicago, and won both critical and box office acclaim.

He has line produced an international feature film, A Mighty Heart, starring An-gelina Jolie, produced by Brad Pitt and Paramount Studios and directed by award winning director Michael Winterbottom, and he is currently working on putting together his feature film debut project as a director.

Mozez has created a line of interiors and accessories, MUGHAL POP, for Good Earth, one of the leading lifestyle brands in India. His interiors work has been featured in Elle Decor Japan and as the cover story of Elle Decor India and other noted publications like Architectural Digest & Hello.

MUGHAL POP

Mozez Singh’s first design collection is Mughal Pop. The collection has been conceived and designed by him. The collection finds its inspiration from Mughal art/architecture/designs/motifs. Mozez explores the tra-dition and heritage of India by giving it a modern, contemporary and avant-garde twist. The utilitarian furniture pieces are made in various delightful colors of acrylic and jeweled with fabulous semi precious stones. This evokes a style more like pop art, but at the same time, the gems add a richness and luster that transports each piece to the royal era of the Mughals. This confluence of tradition and modernity is the leitmotif of Mozez’s designs.  The names given to each of the pieces is a witty take on characters from Indian history, thereby infusing an urban and modern life into them. Mozez has also created a line of eye popping digitally printed fabrics for 12 pieces from the collection.
