What is a vision and purpose?

We are four organisations with staff in many venues across the Isle of Wight.

We have a population of approximately 140,000 living in their communities on the Island.

We must be consistent in how we describe our role and the difference we will make for people so that the public understand the difference it will make to their lives.

Why do we need a vision and purpose?
