To “Post Column-Term”

You must update column with current (term 2 grades)….

So What Do I Do to Post?

Then chose Q2 and Term Grades for All Students

Click “Next”

So What Do I Do to Post?

• For Final Grade – Chose “Average Overall” (** Only term and semester classes will allow you to update Final Grade values)

• Quarter 2 Grade – Chose “Average Q2”

• Midyear Exam – Keep “(Do Not Update)”

• Midyear Grade-Keep • “District Calculation)

Click “Next” and then “Finish”

Visually inspect grades to make sure they look OK…

At this point you can manually enter your Midterm Exam as a numeral between 0 and 100 or as a letter using A-F grading scale in the Midterm Exam column

Then (for full year classes only), click UPDATE button in Midyear Grade Column
