To keep our social network accounts active I suggest making special offers to encourage

the followers to share the page and to follow us regularly, such as :

1. Share photos of our items : Tag a friend that you think it best suits him.

2. Share our page on your facebook account, send us a screenshot and you will

participate in our special lottery .

3. Make online special offers that last for a specific time range (2 3 hours) where any

customer having a screenshot of the offer, will benefit from a discount if they shopped

before the time range was over, at any nearby branch.

4. Share your photo fully dressed from moustache and then invite your friends to like

the photo, whichever picture receiving the highest number of likes will give its owner

the chance to benefit from a discount gift.

5. Take a photo infront of our branch after you finish shopping then share it on our

page and you might be chosen for a discount or perhaps you might win points. ( if the

points system of the loyalty card is established)

6. Post photos during the day from all branches and each time from a different edge/

perspective, to make eye catchy shots that encourage more people to pass by,

7. Moustache employees are also considered to be customers whome I think we can

encourage by giving bonuses for the most active ones of them, whether in the branch

or on the page. Especially those who recruit-more friends members on the page

Gift Card

A gift card resembles a prepaid card each with an amount of credit which gives its holder the right

to spend it at any of Moustache’s branches. It allows loyal customers to introduce their acquain-

tances to our services by presenting this card for them, which gives those future-to-be customers

the chance to shop from any branch just by holding the prepaid gift card .

Loyalty Cards

Loyalty card is another tool to raise the general number of sales. It identifies its holder

as a Moustache customer who will benefit from ascending discounts that goes parallel

with how much they purchase.

Nevertheless any customer is entitled to receive the loyalty card after buying any of our

products to prove to all of our customers that we care about them .
