Why do some of my Masterpiece reports print on a different printer to the one closest to me?

On SYS1, printing of reports is controlled by 2 means, as follows: - 1.Job Submission MPACCESS table2.Job Submission Interface panel options

• Each user is assigned a default printer, which is used to direct output from jobs submitted through Option 1 of the Job Submission system.

• This can be overwritten (if desired) in the MPJOBSUB panel, prior to submitting the job

• To get your default printer permanently changed, contact your Masterpiece administrator or someone who has access to update this table.e.g. For SAPOL, Barbara Nunan can do this.

• If unsure who can do this for your agency, contact the FAST Helpdesk.

Can we copy APT rules in the same orgid or even across different orgids?

Well now at FM40 you can - in gl112/3/4/5/6 enter the command COPY and will give you an option for a range and to a different orgid
