As of May 2015, marketing women with Marketo marketing automation technology skills earned 100.4% of

men’s pay, the only area of wage parity.

For Eloqua, women earned 96.1% of men’s pay.

As of October 10 2015, marketing women with Marketo marketing

automation technology skills earned 101% of men’s pay, a small increase.

For Eloqua, women earned 95.8% of men’s pay (it got worse).
