INTRODUCTION

Black Sea is a semi-enclosed sea in the Atlantic basin, part of the Mediterranean (Mediterranean European or Mediterranean Eurafricana), which binds the Egee and Marmara and the Bosfor and the Dardanele.

Main cities and main area of interest, where most resorts and attractions, is Constanta County. Other riparian county is Tulcea. The only historical region is bordered Dobrogea. The main town, is considered the capital of this area is constant (370,000 inhabitants). The second largest is Mangalia (50,000 inhabitants). Then comes Năvodari town (41,000 inhabitants) (all in the Constanta county). Other cities are: Sulina (27,000 instead.) (Tulcea) Eforie (10,000 instead.) And

Techirghiol (7,000 instead.) (Constanta).

CONTENTS

The most important resort is Mamaia, situated north of the city of Constanta, on a strip of land separating the Black Sea from the Siutghiol Lake. 

Mamaia is a summer tourist resort of Romanian seaside, on the western shore of the Black Sea. It is located north of Constanta, Romania, to

which it belongs.

Costineşti is a city-resort on the Romanian coast, in Constanta, Romania, located on the Black Sea coast, residence of the village of the same name.

Eforie Nord is the second largest resort and is located 14 km from Constanta. In the south-west is Lake Techirghiol known for the curative properties of the sludge so that recreational tourism is combined with the spa.

Black Sea climate presents, most of the surface, a semiarid character, evaporation is greater than rainfall.
