I. OwnershipAlldatathatyourorganizationmaintainsinyourDonorSnapdatabaseisthepropertyofyourorganization.DonorSnapclaimsnorightstothisdataandwillneveruseorsellthisdatatoanypersonorentity.Eachindividualaccounthastheirownseparatedatabaseanddataisnevercombinedorsharedbetweendatabases.Wedonoanalyticalanalysisofyourdatatoattempttomineoutsellableinformation.Werespecttheprivacybetweenyourorganizationandyourcontacts.Withtheexceptionofaccessforsupportorlegalpurposes,wedonoteverlookatyourdata.

II. AccesstoDataOnlyindividualswithanauthorizedSiteID/UserName/Passwordcombinationhaveaccesstoyourdata.DonorSnapwillneverdiscloseyourpasswordoverthephoneandwillonlyprovideareplacementpassword,intheeventofalostpassword,totheemailaccountthatistheregisteredAdministratoronyouraccount.Pleaseguardyourpassword,becarefulinwhoyougrantaccesstothesystem,andchangeuserpasswordsonaperiodicbasis.Theprotectionofyourdataisyouresponsibility.WeprovideSSLSocketingencryptionthatwillinhibitanyoneotherthanaproperlyrrecognizeduserfromgainingaccesstothedata.

DonorSnaptechnicalstaffdoeshaveaccesstoyourdatabutwillonlyaccessthisdatainresponsetoatechnicalsupportrequestortoensurecompliancewiththispolicy.Wewillnotcopythisdata,otherthanforbackuppurposes,ordisclosethisdatawhileintheprocessofresolvingasupportrequest.Ifthesupportrequestisforcustomreportdevelopmentorcustomdataextraction,wewill

III. DisclosureofDataDonorSnapwillonlydiscloseyourdatatolegalauthoritieswhohave,throughdueprocess,beengrantedrightstoyourdata.Thisgenerallywouldmeanthattheyhaveasubpoenaorcourtordergrantingthemaccesstothedataandcompellingustoprovidesuchdata.WeareunderthejurisdictionoftheUnitedStatesLegalSystem.DonorSnapwillnotifytheorganizationimmediatelyifasubpoena,courtorder,requestoranyotherdocumentisreceivedwhichDonorSnapbelievestorequirethedisclosureofdata.

ReturnofDataClientsmaydownloadtheirdataatanytimeutilizingtheDataMinerexporttool.Inordertousethistool,youraccountwillneedtobeingoodstandingforyoutogainaccesstothesystem.DonorSnapstaffwillexportandprovidetoyouinExcelformatanytablesofdatathatDataMinermightnotexport.Thisdatawillbeprovidedwithin5daysofanemailrequestandwillbesenttotheregisteredemailonfilefortheorganization.WedonotprovideexportsoftheContactMasterfilesincethisisreadilyavailabletotheorganization.

DonorSnapwillmaintaincustomerdataforaminimumof2monthsafteranorganizationdiscontinuestheuseoftheservice.Datamaybestoredlongerbuttherearenoguarantees.
