Check Payable to DC Ranch Association - attach to Accounting Form (keep a copy in lot file).
Two sets of 11x17 marked up Plot Plans of residence. Include Parcel, Lot and owner’s name on plans.
Distinguish between EXSISTING AND PROPOSED PLANS and submit separately with revision dates.
Please be sure your plan includes elevations, dimensions, grading, drainage information, light sources
with transformer or power sources, irrigation lines, height of walls, location and names of all
landscape elements, location of all other equipment such as A/C unit, pool, satellite dish, shed and
distance from walls. Please include North arrow, bar scale and owner information in the legend.
Modifications must remain consistent to the current esthetic and style of home and neighborhood.
Complete Scope of work with estimated timelines – (Approvals are good for up to one year)
Please separate architectural, landscape, lighting and etc plans if possible or include all details for ea.
Please request an approved plant palette if needed for landscape upgrades or re-dos.
Manufacturer product information - cut sheets, sell sheet information or actual product samples.
Please submit all product details as close to final installation as possible with matching color palettes.
We need to know the exact size of material, dimensions (to scale), official name of materials used
and color, with finish, and how it will be mounted and / or secured. The more detailed information
submitted the faster we can move on approval process.
