Inspiration Web of Logos Open a blank Inspiration file. In the main idea, type “Logos” and the
meaning. Go to the Internet to collect logos. Copy and paste at least 6 different logos onto your Inspiration Web (2
symbols, 2 text, 2 symbol and text). Write a brief explanation of the logo (under “Logo” in Inspiration): What
it represents and whether or not it is successful. Cite (copy and paste) the Web site address under the logo as well.
Save the Inspiration file in your folder.

Logo Design Make a list of your interests, activities, and beliefs in your journal. Draw 5 sketches of different combinations representing these in your
journal. Choose one sketch and finalize it on the handout. Add text if appropriate.
Add color using colored pencils or markers. Under the final logo, add your rationale for choosing the symbols and
colors for your logo.
