Huang He Co-founder and CEO of Beijing Leiyoo Information Technology. Huang He previously served as senior IT engineer, product manager and CPO of Huawei and Tencent. He had rich experience in internet user, IT product, marketing and management.

Zhao Fei Co-founder and CTO of Beijing Leiyoo Information Technology. Zhao Fei had seven years of experience in developing mobile games, previously served in China InterActive, and found T4game. He had great influence in the wireless network and mobile games industry.
